Located on the fifth fairway of the world famous Sandy Lane golf estate, Casa Caoba is a 5,000 sq ft private villa with Palladian-style architecture and interiors designed by one of the island's leading design studios.  Its grand entrance is lined with mature mahogany trees and the villa sits in over an acre of landscaped gardens.

There are four luxury bedrooms, providing a private haven for up to eight guests, with additional space for two children. With fluffy bath towels to hair dryers in each bedroom, no detail has been overlooked.  Two bedrooms have King size beds, ensuite bathrooms with shower/tub combination (one has a jacuzzi tub), and private verandahs, and two bedrooms have two single beds (that can be made into a double if desired) and ensuite bathrooms with showers only. 

The living room is filled with beautiful art work and large, comfortable sofas. Relax while looking out on the peaceful garden with mature mahogany trees and swimming pool. In the sitting room you can enjoy the stereo system with a CD library, or watch TV on the 37" plasma TV.  Cards and board games are also provided.

An office provides Wi-FI Internet access, printer, copier and scanner, which can also be used as a fax machine.

The terrace runs the full length of the house. The dining area is also located on the terrace. The mild Caribbean breeze keeps this part of the house cool all day long: in the mornings, for breakfast or in the evenings, when you enjoy a glass of wine at dinner.  It is very peaceful here.

The fully-equipped air-conditioned kitchen has a microwave, an oven, a cook top, dish-washer, a fridge with ice-generator, coffee-maker, toaster, blender and a 12 bottle wine storage.

Guests at Casa Caoba are entitled to use the beach at Sandy Lane Hotel, which is a 5 minute drive away, along with use of sun loungers and umbrellas and beach cabana if requested in advance.

A staff of six includes a manager, butler, chef, maid, gardener and security guard. Their service is impeccable and attentive.
