There are two bedrooms on the lower level, each with ensuite bathrooms, and they open out on to a covered patio overlooking the small pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed.  Upstairs is the main living/dining area with kitchen, and this opens out on to a covered patio with beautiful views. The third bedroom is in a small cottage, with a king size bed.

At Sugar Hill you have full use of the on-site facilities. These include an open-plan styled clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, a world class tennis club featuring four tennis courts with flood lighting, an air-conditioned fitness centre, a 2,000 sq ft swimming pool and a members' lounge.

Residents at #5 Coconut Ridge will enjoy membership of the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club, & Facilities, offering Restaurant/Bar, Watersports and also offering complimentary sun loungers. They will also have access to the Spa.
