Mullins Mill is a home of unique character located on 5 acres of landscaped grounds.
The main house is constructed around a 17th century sugar mill and consists of three buildings connected by uncovered stairways.
A cozy gazebo on the cliff side has sweeping views of the coastline, and the property has a ridge side infinity edge swimming pool with cabana and separate Jacuzzi located a short walk through the tropical gardens (about 100 yards) south of the main house. To the east of the main house has a tennis court, garden and orchard.
Mullins Mill is the ideal choice for families - four bedrooms are located in the main house (one at the top of the mill) and two in the guest cottage (suitable for teenagers, children and nannies) on the grounds. In the main house, the master bedroom has a four poster king size bed, the round Mill bedroom has a four poster double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located in the cottage and have twin beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
A spacious sitting/dining verandah overlooks the vast gardens and cliff side gazebo and offers fantastic ocean views.
Guests have use of the owner's private beach house right on the famous Gibbs Beach (just a 5 minute drive from Mullins Mill).
Mullins Mill can accommodate parties of up to 12 in 6 air conditioned bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom.
Children should be accompanied by a nanny.
Mullins Mill is run by an efficient staff who will do their best to make your holiday a memorable one. The ccook prepares three meals each day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and on the cook's day off, only two meals will be prepared.
Six bedroom rental rates at Mullins Mill include use of the owners' 17 foot Fletcher ski boat with 175 hp outboard engine equipped for waterskiing and towing inflatable rides. Please note the cost of oil and petrol are additional.
