 This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished condo is located at the newly constructed Palm Beach Condominiums and is a great choice for a business trip or a quiet getaway.
Unit 509 is positioned in such a way that it takes in some fantastic sea views and views of the lush and flourishing grounds.
The condo is extremely well outfitted, with an open plan kitchen/living area offering casual seating at the granite countertop and the patio offering dining at the marble table. The living room area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV. The covered patio also offers additional outdoor seating and lounging area which makes the most of Caribbean living.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed while the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom.
Maid service is provided 3 days a week.
There is a gym on property as well as a large communal pool and the beach is just a step away.
