Rory Rodger and Jason Hyndman, formerly the driving force and operators for over a decade at The Lone Star Restaurant, have taken over the Mullins Restaurant & Beach Bar. With a nod to its original reputation as Barbados's premier west coast beach bar, the new Mullins Beach Bar & Grill far less formal and has taken on a true beach bar ambiance, equipped with 60" flat screen TVs for watching sports. The Atlantis Hotel The Atlantis Hotel in Tent Bay, St Joseph, was one of the first and only hotels on the East Coast of Barbados.  It was a popular stop once the railway was completed in 1883.  The property changed hands several times over the years and on December 7th 2009 the Atlantis Hotel reopened under the ownership of Andrew and Patricia Warden of Little Good Harbour and The Fish Pot.
