Located just across the street from Gibbs Beach, Capri Manor is a modern and fully air-conditioned four bedroom private villa.

Large, lush tropical foliage surround a private garden, jacuzzi and a full family size swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by a huge deck with ample patio furniture and a built in gas BBQ pit.

Capri Manor is set out on different levels. As you enter the large foyer you get a true nautical feel from the natural teak coloured hardwood floors. There is a conveniently located interior sitting room that opens right out on to the covered outdoor patio dining area via wide French doors, all with lovely views of the back gardens and pool.

Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is the TV room, kitchen and casual outdoor dining area. The modern and spacious kitchen comes with granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances, while the nautical theme continues with whimsical deck chairs surrounding the casual eat in kitchen table.

Upstairs again are three more bedrooms, all ensuite. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a wall mounted flat screen TV, the bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The middle bedroom has twin beds, the bathroom has a pedestal sink and shower, and the third bedroom has a king size bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV and the bathroom has a single vanity and shower.

Ample closet space in each room adds to the spacious feel of this lovely home.

This is a strict No Smoking villa.

Capri Manor is looked after by a daily cook and housekeeper. Your cook prepares two consecutive meals a day for you, either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner, your choice. The housekeeper will take care of both the house and your personal laundry.

Capri Manor is a wonderful spot for a relaxing family getaway.
