About The Property
Coral Cove 3, known as “Green Flash” is located on the beautiful and popular beach of Paynes Bay. The swimming is idyllic with clear waters and good snorkelling. The turtles often swim in the area and we have reports of many people seeing them when they are snorkelling.
“Green Flash”, is located on the ground floor in its own wing. There is a private garden that leads directly out on to the beach. Beach chairs are set out daily for those in residence as well as having your own personal patio and outdoor dining area.
This spacious holiday home has two ensuite bedrooms and is finished and designed with elegant furnishings. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a 32″ LCD TV and DVD player and opens on to the terrace. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be converted to a king, and there is a day bed in the second bedroom that can easily convert into a comfortable twin bed in order to accommodate five people. This bedroom has a 38″ LCD TV, PS3 video game console (Blu-Ray with US and PAL formats). The bathroom has a single vanity with shower.
The open plan living/dining area offers a 70″ smart TV with cable and can be used to view Netflix and other streaming services which is also available in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities of a modern home. All appliances are of the highest standards with a wine fridge and stainless steel finishes. For those wishing to dine inside, there is a delightful “mango” wooden table that will seat six comfortably.
Guests of Coral Cove can enjoy the beach chairs reserved for their use.
“Green Flash” is only a five minute drive to the famous Sandy Lane Hotel as well as the Holetown area where shopping, dining, nightlife, tennis and golf are all available. This unique apartment is ideal for families as well as those looking for luxury without the big price. The sunsets are sure to “wow” you the very first night you come – watch closely for the green flash!
Children 12 years and older are welcome at Coral Cove 3 “Green Flash”.
