About The Property

Maxwell Beach Villas is a condominium development comprising fifteen 2 bedroom units, all with fantastic sea views. It is situated in Maxwell in the parish of Christ Church in Barbados, on the South Coast beach facing the Caribbean Sea.

We offer several apartments for rental.  Each apartment has uninterupted views of the Caribean sea and easy access to the pool and beach.  They are all new and modern, fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans throughout, beautifully furnished and decorated, and the kitchens are fully equipped.

The Master bedrooms have King size beds and and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and ensuite bathroom.

Apartment 102 is a ground floor unit.
Apartment 303 is a second floor unit.
Apartment 402 is a third floor unit.
Apartment 502 is a fourth floor unit.

Many amenities are nearby; Oistins has grocery stores, a bank, convenience stores, and fast food outlets just to name a few. Within a 5-10 minutes drive they are a large array of dining options available, from casual beach restaurants to trendy sports bars to some of the finest restaurants on the island, all of your dining needs will be met.

Butterfly Beach Hotel next door has a wonderful casual restaurant and bar “The Happy Star Fish” that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the year.

Relax on the patio and dining area or get a tan by the pool, take a leisurely stroll along the beach or swim in the turquoise Caribbean Sea, your luxury vacation at Maxwell Beach Villas is just a step away.

There is a Front Desk Manager on duty from 8am to 4pm.
Maid service is provided 5 half days a week.
Children are welcome.
