Sitting on an upper level of the complex, Palm Beach 408 luxury apartment has amazing views of the lush tropical gardens, the communal swimming pool and beautiful ocean beyond.
On entering the apartment you will notice the hallway is beautifully decorated and welcoming as it continues on to the open plan kitchen and living area. This really sets the mood for this gorgeous, tropical 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
The Master suite of this beautiful beach rental apartment features a large four-poster bed and a spacious sitting area with comfortable seating and a pretty writing desk off to one side. While lying in the master bed you can relax and enjoy the view. The en-suite master bathroom features double-vanity with granite counter top and a shower as well as a tub for long soaks after a hard day on the beach.
The patio can be accessed via double doors off the master bedroom or via the living room.
The furniture on the patio and in the living room offer calming shades of tan, cream and brown with little pops of colour scattered around. The beautiful decor, amazing views and tropical surroundings all add up to make the perfect holiday in paradise.
There is a gym in the complex for resident guests’ use only.
The Condominiums at Palm Beach is a private gated community with all the flair and amenities of a luxury West Coast project. It is not a resort and hence does not provide resort type services. The development is primarily a private residential complex where some owners participate in short term rentals. The primary objective is to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the property by all residents.
The Condominiums at Palm Beach is conveniently located, walking distance to the many amenities such as shopping, restaurants, and various activities, as well as to the south coast boardwalk. Or you can jump on the local bus and ride into Bridgetown for a truly local experience.
Maid service is provided 3 days a week, and this is a NON SMOKING unit.
