Reeds House is a beachfront boutique apartment/condominium, located in Reeds Bay, St James, on the idyllic West Coast of Barbados.
Reeds House 12 is a luxury 3-bedroom penthouse condo with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and is perfect for up to six people. A well-appointed kitchen opens onto a large, air-conditioned living room which in turn flows through to an adjoining covered dining terrace that overlooks the beach and crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Situated on the main level is the air-conditioned master bedroom with a king size bed and has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom with marble fittings, a large corner bath, separate shower room, and its own private sitting area with wet bar. Also on the main floor is a second air-conditioned bedroom consisting of twin beds and en-suite bathroom. The twin beds can be made up as a king if preferred.
The second floor boasts a magnificent private roof terrace with a covered dining area (for up to 6 people) with wet bar. The dining area leads onto the sun terrace where guests can relax on the sun loungers or take a dip in the spa pool. The third air-conditioned bedroom can also be found on this upper level, with a queen size bed and an en-suite shower room.
All rooms have ceiling fans.

Reeds House 12 comes with a cook/housekeeper who works from 9am to 3pm six days a week.
Situated between the Royal Pavilion and Cobblers Cove hotels it is in close proximity to duty-free shopping and fine dining restaurants in the nearby Holetown and world-class golf at the nearby Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland golf courses. Pick up fresh local fish as well as local fruit and vegetables from the market which is steps away and have your cook prepare delicious home cooked meals for you each day.
The clear waters of the Caribbean are on your doorstep for swimming, snorkelling, and other water sports activities. Car parking, a receptionist, 24-hour security, and private sun beds and umbrellas are all provided for the enjoyment of your holiday.
