Sunset Reach was just perfect. The house was cozy and comfortable. Linda was wonderful. And her cooking was second to none! We loved the location of the house. Listening to the waves at night was like a dream. Each day we’d hop in the car and explore a new part of the island. So much to see. The people we met were so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait for a return trip.

The stay at Sunset Reach was wonderful, location is right next to Mullins Bay. We rented a car for a couple of days but could easily rent here without a car. Linda who works in the Villa fixed wonderful meals and Carolyn who rented the property was great to work with. Additionally, Sea Turtles swam by the property each morning as we were having our morning coffee. Overall a very good place to stay right on the water in Barbados.

Sunset Reach is a terrific little vacation cottage – updated in all aspects and very comfortable. The deck is wonderful with the surf practically below you – you are so close to the ocean. And sunsets are gorgeous – I couldn’t stop taking photos of them!
Carolyn has an attention to detail like no other rental agent we’ve worked with. She will do everything possible to make your arrival, your stay and your departure run seamlessly.
Linda, the house staff is fabulous – she is so friendly and efficient and we loved her cooking. In fact, my husband was trying to lure her to Arizona to do for us there what she did here at Sunset Reach.
My only (small) negative about this property is the road noise. As Carolyn’s materials state, you do hear this. We were just surprised at how busy the street is around the clock. For persons with mobility restrictions it was also not easy to get to the beach.
Overall a very comfortable cottage and a terrific vacation made even better by those we worked with!
