Buttsbury House is a spacious 5-bedroom villa located on the Polo Ridge in Holders, St. James, overlooking the West Coast of Barbados. With a myriad of amenities and many activities including shopping, beaches, and nightlife within a few minutes’ drive, this is the perfect spot for your next tropical holiday.

This Spanish style home has recently been renovated and updated with modern facilities and amenities yet maintaining its original charm and ambiance. Designed with an open concept, 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located on the main level surrounding the open-air central courtyard and the large swimming pool. The open-air covered dining gazebo is a feature at Buttsbury House and enjoyed by guests as they indulge in delicious Bajan meals and experience gorgeous sunsets. The master suite is located on the first floor and enjoys a secluded private patio, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning before heading down for breakfast.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms as well as air conditioning, top of the line bedding and linens to ensure that your stay is comfortable and you go home well rested, with memories of an unforgettable vacation in Barbados.

Guests staying at Buttsbury House also have full use of the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club and Resort during their holiday. Enjoy complimentary sun loungers & umbrellas and access to amazing food at the restaurant and beach bar. Water sports are available from on the beach and can be pre-booked or arranged directly with the water sport coordinators on the beach.
