About The Property
This newly constructed 12 unit apartment block offers modern contemporary design in a relaxed atmosphere just steps from Holetown and the beach.
Clarence House offers 8 two bedroom units and 4 one bedroom units over two levels and is located in Jamestown Park, next to Limegrove Lifestyle Centre.
All of the units are air-conditioned throughout with top quality finishes and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. All units come with cable TV, individual Fibre Optic internet connection, a washer and dryer and twice weekly housekeeping. The one bedroom units are furnished with a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. The two bedroom units are furnished with a queen size bed in the master, ensuite bathroom, and two single beds in the second bedroom that can also made into a king, on request. The bathroom is next door.
Guests choose from either a garden or pool facing unit on the lower or upper level. All units have large covered patios with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean breeze. There is a communal pool on site and parking for each unit.
The kitchens are pre-stocked with salt, pepper and sugar and a basic Starter Pack is provided on arrival.
Clarence House is mere steps away from Holetown, the centre of our west coast, and the many excellent choices for dining, shopping and nightlife. A car is not necessary.
Clarence House is ideal for those seeking quality accommodation at a reasonable price, as well as for small groups visiting the island together where each can have their own space.
