About The Property
Jasmine, located within the exclusive Mullins Bay Development, is a three-bedroom villa decorated with a cool, neutral palette accented with splashes of bright colour. Its spacious, three-story layout features accommodation for up to seven people, an inviting air-conditioned living area, well-equipped kitchen and delightful covered dining terrace overlooking a private plunge pool and beautifully manicured gardens.
The comfortable living area flows through on to the covered terrace and onwards to the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The kitchen plus a bedroom is on this level, with a bathroom next to the kitchen. French doors lead you from this bedroom onto the dining area of the patio.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one is the master with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second one has 3 single beds, making Jasmine idea for family vacations. Both bedrooms open onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and gardens below and the Caribbean sea. Upstairs again is the private roof top deck offering even more beautiful views of the sea.
A private doorway takes you from your garden on to the street and across to Mullins Beach. You can rent sun beds and umbrellas from the private vendors on the beach. Alternatively Jasmine offers membership privileges at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion, about a 5 min drive away.
Housekeeping is included 3 days a week (every other day) from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
The historic town of Speightstown is less than a 5 minute drive away and is where you will find a local grocery store, vendors selling fruit and vegetables from their stalls, bank, local fish market and several great restaurants, cafes, bistros and bars.
