About The Property
Kailani is an exceptional and luxurious 5-bedroom ridge-front villa and cottage located in St James on the West Coast of Barbados. This elevated position provides stunning panoramic views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and is the perfect setting for taking advantage of the island’s temperate climate and enjoying al fresco dining to the evening sunsets.
With its open plan design, exquisite furnishings, vast covered terraces and infinity-edge pool, Kailani encapsulates contemporary Caribbean luxury living. The large, modern open plan kitchen has marble countertops and Miele appliances. The laundry room is separate and there is also a guest powder room. Additional amenities include a media room, office, BBQ grill, bar, gym and a jacuzzi that is set in dining gazebo overlooking the west coast.
The main house consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The master suite, which sits at the end of the terrace, is furnished with a king size bed, cable TV and features 180 degrees of spectacular sea views. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are also furnished with king size beds and TV’s. The separate cottage houses the 5th bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, king size bed and is complemented by a kitchenette and living room.
Surrounded by lush and blooming tropical gardens, Kailani embraces tropical outdoor living in true Caribbean style. The villa, ideal for a secluded and relaxed getaway, can comfortably sleep ten guests. Its location, just 10 minutes drive from all the restaurants, bars and shopping in Holetown, is the perfect base from which to explore the rest of the island.
For summer bookings a housekeeper and laundress is included. For Winter and Christmas bookings a chef, housekeeper, laundress and night watchman is included.
Due to the layout of the villa there is a restriction for kids under the age of 12 years old. Allowances will be determined on a request basis.
