Palm Beach 502 is a fifth floor, two bedroom apartment offering beautiful views of the manicured grounds, swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea.

This condo is well outfitted with a comfortable open plan kitchen/living area with direct access to the spacious balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and has casual seating at the granite countertop while the lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV.

The covered balcony offers additional outdoor seating as well as a dining area – the perfect place to relax while enjoying some of the best sunsets and listening to the sound of the ocean in the background.

Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms. There is also a powder room. The master bedroom features a king size four poster bed while the second bedroom features a double bed. The master bedroom opens directly on to the balcony.

Housekeeping service is provided three half days a week. Resident guests of Palm Beach 502 also have access to the gym located on the property.

This unit is NON-SMOKING.

The Condominiums at Palm Beach is a private gated community with all the flair and amenities of a luxury West Coast project. It is not a resort and hence does not provide resort type services. The development is primarily a private residential complex where some owners participate in short term rentals. The primary objective is to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the property by all residents.
