Palm Beach 504 is an elegantly furnished two bedroom beachfront condo, with over 2,200 sq ft of living space.
Set on the fifth floor of the highly sought after Condominiums at Palm Beach complex Unit 504 offers panoramic ocean views and captures the cool tropical breezes coming off the ocean. It features a comfortable open plan air-conditioned kitchen/living area which open out on to a covered patio and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has a granite counter top which offers casual seating for quick meals and gives the entire condo a casual open feel.
The master bedroom features a King size bed and offers uninterrupted views of the ocean along with easy access to the patio through the large sliding doors. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity and separate tub and walk in shower while the second bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. There is also a powder room.
