This three bedroom ground floor Palm Beach apartment is the ideal choice for either a family vacation, business trip or a quiet getaway. With beachfront positioning and close proximity to all amenities, you have the option of joining the hustle bustle of a thriving tourist island or relaxing and taking a quiet break from it all.
The apartment offers a comfortable open plan kitchen/living area with a well equipped kitchen and casual seating at the granite countertop, while the lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV.
The living room opens on to the covered patio with additional outdoor seating and dining area to make the most of the peaceful tropical lifestyle. The covered patio opens out to a small garden area, offering privacy, and onwards to the pool area. A path meanders down from the pool to a small gate leading directly out to the beautiful golden sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Each of the three bedrooms is fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms and the master suite opens out to the covered patio. The master bedroom features a king size bed, Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Housekeeping service is provided three half days a week. Resident guests of Palm Beach 502 also have access to the gym located on the property.
