About The Property
The gated community of Porters Court is located just 100 meters from a lovely stretch of beach, with a wide selection of shops, bars and fine restaurants all close by. This exclusive development includes 8 luxury villas with a communal swimming pool and deck area with sun loungers. The villas are set within well-maintained tropical gardens which are completely enclosed – the only access being via security gates.
Porters Court #3 is a two bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned and featuring an open plan living area, hardwood flooring, high pickled pine ceilings, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans throughout, and a large wrap around veranda that is perfect for relaxing. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed while the second bedroom has a queen size bed.
Just steps away you will find the white sand beach enjoyed by guests at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel and first class dining at the Lone Star restaurant. The popular and very local Ju Ju’s Beach Bar also sits on this stretch of beach and is where both locals and visitors go for a swim and have a drink and/or lunch on the beach with toes in the sand.
For a more authentic local experience the historic little town of Speightstown is about a 5km drive north and is where you will find a local supermarket, small museum, several local bars, restaurants, cafes, sidewalk vendors selling fruit and veg, and the newest restaurant Hugo’s, which is part of the Cin Cin by the Sea and Primo family of restaurants.
