The property features just 15 apartments and is set within two acres of lush tropical gardens that lead directly on to the white sandy beach.
Sandy Cove 201, a 3,200 sq ft end unit, affords direct access (by stairs or elevator) down to the communal pool and right onto the beach. The covered terrace faces due west and provides stunning views of the incredible Caribbean sunsets. The terrace is fitted with a remote retractable awning and features a wet bar, fridge and private plunge pool.
The ultimate in luxury, the apartment features marble floors, granite countertops and Ligne Roset furniture throughout. The large open plan living space is light and airy with full length sliding doors that retract completely to provide access to the terrace and amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. The modern kitchen is well equipped with Miele appliances including a large stainless steel fridge/freezer with ice maker, wine cooler, steam oven, stove top and oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and blender.
The master and the second bedroom are furnished with king size beds and and the ensuite bathrooms feature both a shower and a tub. There is a TV in the master bedroom. The third bedroom is a “Bunk room” with 5 bunk beds, one of the beds is set up as a trundle bed. This room also has a TV and the ensuite bathroom has a shower. The second and third bedrooms each have access to their own private balconies.
The staff at Sandy Cove 201 includes a cook and a housekeeper/laundress. They work six days a week, excluding holidays. During the Christmas/New Year period a chef is provided 7 days a week, including holidays.
