This luxurious two-storey three bedroom beachfront penthouse is located in the exclusive Schooner Bay Development near historic Speightstown on the northern end of the Island. Schooner Bay is a low density building with just four floors.
Schooner Bay 303 offers 3,800 sq ft of living space and features air-conditioning throughout, high ceilings and luxurious finishes. The wide, covered terrace stretches the length of the unit, offering ample outdoor living space and outstanding sea views, ideal for sunset cocktails or al fresco dining on a breezy tropical evening.
The three spacious bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are furnished with king size beds.
Amenities includes a housekeeper for 3 half days a week and laundress services; a cook is available at additional fee, an onsite gym and 24 hour security. Residents have direct access to the white sands and aquamarine seas of the island’s west coast.
Speightstown, located just a short walk from the development, offers a host of restaurants, waterfront cafes and casual bars, as well as a local supermarket, banks and quaint shops. Nikki Beach,The Fish Pot, Port St Charles Yacht Club and Dockside at 13/59 are are close by.
