About The Property
Tamarind Cottage rests on a magical garden bluff, alongside a natural water course with lush foliage and surrounded by tropical trees. Its elevated location lends a cool, ‘tree-house’ feeling with its garden setting surrounded by shady trees and flowering plants – gardenia, frangipani, tamarind, mahogany, palm and fern.
Steps take you from the cottage doorway down through the garden to the breath-taking white sands of a beautiful Barbados beach and sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Two large en suite bedrooms each with a king size bed, are complete with remote air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The kitchen/living/dining area of the cottage is open plan, relaxed and casual with cool floor tiles, old coral stone walls, and pickled timbers.
The feeling is open and breezy with jalousie style shutters throughout. The cottage is decorated simply to accentuate the beach house style.
A spacious wrap-around verandah completes Tamarind Cottage, offering a wonderful tropical setting where you can enjoy endless days reading or napping or enjoy an evening dining under the stars.
