About The Property
Apartment 303 is located on the third floor with an incredible view of the sea. This private, fully air-conditioned one bedroom apartment offers an excellent atmosphere for couples. Tastefully furnished, a fully equipped kitchen and use of the complex’s facilities, which includes a lagoon style swimming pool, barbeque, sun loungers, gym and on site security.
As you enter the apartment you are in the open plan kitchen and living room. This room opens out on to the covered patio with a table for dining as well as two comfortable chairs for relaxing and taking in the views. The bedroom is to the left and that too opens on to the covered patio. The bathroom is ensuite.
Set in delightfully landscaped gardens, with a shared, lagoon style swimming pool, all the amenities of Holetown are right on your doorstep; these include fine restaurants, bistros, bars, watersports, supermarket, duty free shops and nightlife. The latest addition to Holetown is the new Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, now open with a wide selection of designer shops, restaurants, art gallery, bar, cinema and nightlife.
