About The Property
Waverly is a charming coral stone townhouse, superbly located on the beach in the centre of the wide sweeping bay of Gibbs on the West Coast.
The calm aquamarine water is perfect for swimming and snorkelling and the bay offers an endless expanse of white sand for strolling or just soaking up the sun.
The villa features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. The master and second bedrooms have queen size beds and private balconies overlooking the pool, gardens and sea. The third bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together and made up as one.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.
On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living and dining area with a pink marble table seating six. The living area opens on to the covered terrace with a comfortable sitting area perfect for relaxing, and a wet bar. The pool deck features a built in barbeque as well as the outdoor dining table, perfect for dining under the stars.
Waverly One comes with a cook and housekeeper six days a week.
This villa DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics.
Waverly can be rented alongside Harmony House to accommodate larger parties.
Waverly is a beachfront home. It should be noted that our beaches are constantly changing their shape and size mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.
