About The Property
Whitegates is a well-appointed, 4 bedroom beachfront villa on the West Coast of Barbados.
Located at the edge of the rock face, Whitegates commands spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Beach access is via a private stairway that leads to the tranquil turquoise water ideal for swimming.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedrooms two and three have twin beds that can be made up as a king and bedroom 4 has twin beds. The master and and the second bedroom have dressing rooms as well as en suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms also have en suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. All bathrooms have showers only. The Master bedroom and bedroom 3 each has a bidet.
Whitegates has two indoor dining rooms; one is formal and the other informal. Both dining rooms have large arched French doors that open out to the property’s tropical gardens. Next to the formal dining room is the living area that is bright and airy with many arched windows that capture sea views.The living room opens up to a covered terrace and a large kidney-shaped swimming pool. The pool deck offers captivating sea and sunset views. The terrace has alfresco dining and a wet bar making it a lovely place to have lunch in between cooling dips in the pool. There is a smaller terrace right by the edge of the cliff where you can lounge and watch the beautiful sunsets.
There is an intercom system in each bedroom and throughout the house. There is also a small office with printer/scanner available for use.
This home comes with an efficient and friendly staff whose goal is to make your vacation a relaxing one. A night watchman can be arranged at an additional charge. If guests wish to have staff work on Public Holidays there will be an additional charge.
