About The Property

The South Cottage sits just a minute from the Alleyne Bay and is a private tropical oasis with a sleek and stylish finish. This luxury vacation villa can be rented together with the main Footprints residence  to accommodate up to 16 guests.

The infinity-edge pool sits in the middle of the courtyard amongst greenery and plush lounge furniture. A covered dining area is also a favourite place for guests to enjoy meals. A few steps from the courtyard takes you to the main living area which is decorated in contemporary style. Lots of white is used throughout creating a relaxing effect. The kitchen is modern and cosy with a breakfast bar with seating and an island separating the living areas.

There are three bedrooms in The South Cottage. The master has a king-sized bed with a working space, an ensuite bathroom and views of the courtyard and pool. Tufted headboards, neutral tones and fine finishes are a hallmark of the second and third bedroom which has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a view of the pool.

For a change of scenery take a walk over to Alleyne’s Bay, less than a minute’s walk and enjoy sundowners on the beach. Right on the beachfront you can walk over to Juma’s Beach Bar or get dressed up and try the fine cuisine at Lone Star Restaurant, also on the beachfront.

Less than 5 minutes away, visit Holetown to experience luxury shopping, fine dining restaurants, golf, and tennis.
