Tara House offers expansive, light-filled living spaces designed for seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A wide covered terrace with a lounge area overlooks the West Coast, while the interior entertaining space and double-height great room open directly onto the pool deck, bar and lounge. Every detail reflects a clean, effortless approach to luxury island living.

The large saltwater pool (51’5” x 21’4”) has a floating tanning deck and an expansive lounge and bar area perfect for unhurried afternoons. Designed for those who appreciate effortless elegance and absolute privacy, this secluded oasis captures the very essence of refined Caribbean living. A pool bar and barbecue dining area set the stage for relaxed entertaining, while a spacious, shaded lounge offers a cool retreat without losing the connection to the outdoors. Begin your day with yoga in the open-air pavilion, followed by an invigorating Peloton ride in the ocean view gym. Restore in the infrared sauna, then cool off beneath an open-air shower — a work-out experience crafted for complete care, renewal and relaxation.

Tara House offers four luxurious air-conditioned each with ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans and room safes. The Sanctuary Suite downstairs is a 864 sq ft master suite furnished with a king size bed and offering ocean and garden views. The ensuite bathroom features two rain showers and a tub.

Ocean Suite is a 400 sq ft suite with a king size four poster bed, ocean and garden views, a desk area and outdoor access to the gardens and outdoor tub. This suite can interconnect with the Garden Suite if required.

Garden Suite is also a 400 sq ft suite with a king size bed that can split into twins if required. The suite offers garden views and a desk area as well as outdoor access to the gardens and outdoor tub. This suite can interconnect with the Ocean Suite if required.

Terrace Suite is a 305.5 sq ft suite with a queen size bed, a private terrace with seating and terrace views.

Guests will enjoy the exclusive access to Rico’s on the Beach, offering reserved loungers, clear waters, and a relaxed beachfront experience. Just minutes from the villa, Rico’s combines casual elegance with outstanding service, creating the perfect setting for effortless beach days.

Tara House comes with a villa manager, housekeeping/laundry, a chef (3 meals per day) and reservation & concierge services.
