The villa’s grand entrance sets the tone, with a sweeping bridge driveway lined by Royal Palms, which was once the route taken by troops entering the historic Old Queens Fort in the 17th and 18th centuries. Inside, Queen’s Fort Pavilion features spacious living and entertainment areas, including the inviting master suite, a comfortable air-conditioned media room, and an elegant reception and dining space that flows effortlessly to the outdoors. The main house hosts five beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms along the western wing, each offering privacy and style. In addition to the main house, from October 2026 a stunning two bedroom guest cottage will be available, although the cottage will only be available for Winter and Christmas bookings only.

The villa’s expansive pool deck and sparkling private pool are framed by swaying palm trees, offering a serene space for sunbathing or social gatherings. The grounds are fully enclosed with solid walls and secure gates, ensuring complete privacy and peace of mind.

A short stroll along the scenic beach path leads to two private access points to the beaches of Queens Fort and Old Queens Fort. These locations offer calm, protected stretches of sand ideal for swimming and sunset walks. The recently enhanced coastline offers the perfect setting to unwind and take in the beauty of Barbados.

Staff includes a Butler, Chef and Housekeeper who work 6 days a week. Garden and Pool maintenance is also provided. Additional staff can be arranged for an additional fee.
