Surf lesson quality and safety are paramount, therefore Ride The Tide Surf School Barbados’ group surfing lessons have a maximum of 4-6 surfers per surf coach.

This allows Jay and the team of surf coaches to have a bit of “banter” with you and give individual feedback to each surfer.

Surfing lessons are mostly held at Freight’s Bay (Cotton House Bay), but mobile means any surf break is open (Drill Hall Beach/Brandon’s, South Point, Dover Beach/Salt Ash). Lessons will be postponed when surf conditions are unsafe (waves too big or too small).

We are totally flexible with our surfing sessions to suit your vacation and guide you towards the best waves.

Our schedule is Monday – Sunday.
Morning sessions start at 8:309:30am and typically finishes before midday.
Afternoon sessions start at 1:30pm or any time after.

Your surf lesson includes ALL surfing equipment from surfboards to rash guard, bottled water, complimentary transfers for those on the south coast, and free GoPro video footage

Prices

Single – $60USD/$120BBD per surfer per session.
3-PACK – $150USD/$300BBD 3 surfing lessons per surfer.
Private – $75USD/$150BBD per surfer (1-2-1 surf lessons or private closed group surfing sessions).
