Holiday villas for the Christmas Season 2023 are now available for bookings. We are experiencing numerous requests already for this Christmas and while the the standard practice is to offer current Christmas guests the option to re-book for the upcoming season, we can take now take requests based on your preferred dates. Typically there is a 10 to 14 night minimum stay at the peak Christmas rate. Each villa has their own minimums.

We urge you to book your Christmas holiday villa sooner rather than later in order to avoid disappointment. VIEW OUR LIST OF CHRISTMAS VILLAS HERE. Availability changes often – if the villa you have selected is no longer available we will offer you the available alternatives.

All vacation rental villas are subject to 10% Shared Economy Levy.
Some villas attract a 1.5% service fee and some a US$100 one time cleaning fee
Special conditions apply during Christmas and the New Year period.
