About The Property
A charming one bedroom condo located in the serene Glitter Bay Estate, “Seize The Day” features lovely views of the tropically landscaped gardens, swimming pool and the sparkling Caribbean Sea.
This one bedroom third floor apartment is light and airy with an open plan kitchen and living area that leads to a covered balcony overlooking the communal pool and lush garden. The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout with tropical woods, light fabrics and island inspired art. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a seated bar area. The bedroom has a king size bed and the ensuite bathroom has a shower and single vanity.
The condo is not equipped with a washer/dryer but a Laundry Service can be arranged – please ask for a quote.
Guests can enjoy their days by the wonderful free form pool or on the pristine white sand beach, which offers holiday goers private loungers and includes an on-site beach bar. A fully equipped gym and two tennis courts are available for use.
There is an elevator as well as stairs leading to this apartment, and there is a barbeque on the property available for use at a small charge.
“Seize the Day” is close to bustling Holetown in St James, just a short 5 minute drive south, and offers up excellent five star dining options, luxury shopping, cinema and lively nightlife for adventurers, while the quaint historic town of Speightstown to the south offers a more local experience including a museum and art gallery. You can also walk to the popular and local beach bar, Ju Ju’s, as well as to the famous Lone Star Restaurant.
