This beautifully furnished townhouse which sits within the exclusive Mullins Bay Development can accommodate up to seven guests comfortably. The ground floor bedroom opens on to the dining terrace, whilst the two bedrooms on the first floor open on to a shared terrace. On the third level is the private roof deck with spectacular Caribbean Sea views. The villa also offers a shaded dining terrace, with a BBQ, and a private terrace complete with wet bar.
Your private pool is surrounded by carefully manicured gardens and you also have access to a larger communal swimming pool. Mullins Bay is located across the road from Mullins beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island. You have beach membership at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion where guests have access to sun loungers, water sports and the beach club restaurant as well as the in house hotel restaurant.
On Mullins Beach there is a bar/restaurant, Larry Rogers at Mullins Beach which is excellent, also Sea Shed is a very popular restaurant/bar.
Next door to Mullins Bay is the Singita Wellness Spa and guests at Jasmine have access to the fitness classes and use of the gym for a small fee, as well as poolside relaxation and 10% off all treatments (subject to 4 guests at a time).
