    About The Property

    This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom top floor condo is a great choice for a business trip or a quiet getaway.

    Palm Beach 509 is positioned in such a way that it takes in some fantastic sea views and views of the lush and flourishing grounds.

    The condo is extremely well outfitted, with an open plan kitchen/living area offering casual seating at the granite countertop and the patio offering dining at the marble table. The living room area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV. The covered patio also offers additional outdoor seating and lounging area which makes the most of Caribbean living.

    Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom boasts lovely sea views as well as access to the covered patio. The Master bedroom has a King size bed while the second bedroom has a Queen size bed.

    Housekeeping is provided 3 days a week.

    There is a gym on property as well as a large communal pool and direct beach access.

    Palm Beach 509 is not suitable for small children and children over 12 years old are welcome. This unit is also Non-Smoking.

    We also have several other 2 and 3 bedroom condos within the Palm Beach complex to offer.

    The Condominiums at Palm Beach is a private gated community with all the flair and amenities of a luxury West Coast project. It is not a resort and hence does not provide resort type services. The development is primarily a private residential complex where some owners participate in short term rentals. The primary objective is to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the property by all residents.

    The Palm Beach Condos is within walking distance to Mama Mia Italian Restaurant.
