    About The Property

    This magnificent, aptly named, five bedroom villa is nestled in almost 2 acres of tropical landscaped gardens and is located on the top ridge of the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate.

    Guests at Point of View will experience panoramic views of the West Coast, with the most dramatic sunsets behind the shimmering Caribbean Sea beyond. Relax with a cold rum punch in one of the many relaxing lounge areas or the expansive pool deck.

    Upon entering Point of View guests are greeted by the tranquil Koi pond and the large living room and bar area which flows effortlessly out on to the covered outdoor patio. All five bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located in the main house and the other two are in private self-contained cottages. Four bedrooms are furnished with king size beds while the fifth bedroom in the main house has twin beds. There is also an air-conditioned TV room with day loungers, perfect for relaxing with a book or catching up with the news back home.

    Point of View offers two beautiful dining areas for either formal or informal dining. The property also features a large swimming pool with gazebo and a generous sun deck with loungers.

    This holiday home has a full complement of staff to ensure your stay is stress free and relaxing. The onsite cook will prepare you all the local ‘Bajan’ delicacies, while your housekeeper and laundress will take care of keeping the house clean and tidy as well as the laundry.

    Guests staying at Point of View also have full use of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility. During the duration of your vacation you will be able to use this private beach facility which offers complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas. The Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility also offers a full service bar and snack bar as well as on site restrooms.
