New to the rental market, this two bedroom Royal Apartment in the Royal Westmoreland Resort comes with full club membership so you can enjoy all of the resort’s facilities: golf on the 18 hole Robert Trent Jones Jr golf course, tennis, gym, walking trail, paddle ball courts, stunning clubhouse/dining room, Rum Shack and the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club on Mullins Beach.

Royal Apartment 233 is located on the third floor and offers lovely sea views. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with the bathroom next door. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and has a generous ensuite bathroom with separate walk in shower and tub. This room opens up completely onto the sizeable balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is the perfect spot to relax with a book, enjoy your morning coffee/tea or enjoy your meals al fresco style. A short stroll away is the large infinity edged swimming pool. For those who wish to maintain their fitness regimen, head over to the state of the art gym at The Sanctuary in the main Resort. The clubhouse is open for breakfast and lunch daily, and the Rum Shack is open for dinner in the evenings. Food and beverage delivery from the kitchen is available. The resort boasts one of the island’s only authentic stone pizza ovens – so their pizza is a must! We also offer a pantry and refrigerator pre-stocking service.

The apartment is equipped with a washer/dryer, and hotel style housekeeping is provided during the week with linens/towels changed every three days.

Golf tee times can be made directly with the Pro Shop, at the prevailing rates, and club rentals are available.

The friendly and efficient team on the Concierge Desk in the Clubhouse will be happy to assist with any holiday plans you wish to make, including reservations for tennis, paddle ball, restaurants and island activities.

Within a 5 minute drive you will find yourself in Holetown, the centre of our west coast, with many fine and casual dining restaurants and bars, as well as fabulous shopping.

The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club on Mullins Beach is about a 7 minute drive away. You can take the complimentary resort shuttle, or you can drive, and there is gated access parking. On the beach you have reserved sun beds and umbrellas and beach waiter service. The dining room and bar serves an all day menu and creative cocktails.
