    The Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort offers the ultimate in resort living. With a Par 72, 7,045-yard golf course designed by acclaimed course designer, Robert Trent Jones Jnr along with a vibrant community of members complements the superb resort amenities.

    In our portfolio are the new Golf Villas which are Fractional Ownership villas where owners are not planning on using their week(s). The rental of these Golf Villas includes full club membership: gym, paddle tennis, pickle ball, walking trail, clubhouse/dining room, golf (green fees not included) Rum Shack, tennis and beach club on Mullins Beach with a complimentary shuttle service.

    Representing modern-day contemporary Caribbean living, the clean lines of the flat roofed design portray a fresh vibrant aesthetic. The villas face south west with excellent views from the upstairs balcony across the estate to the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea.

    Entry to the villa via the front door immediately leads into the hallway and through to the generous living space. On this level is a smaller guest bedroom with access to the powder room opposite, as well as using one of the full bathrooms upstairs. This room is better suited to a single person or children.

    The spacious living area is a combination of sleek modern lines including a stylish modern kitchen featuring sumptuous appliances. The sliding doors lead out onto a covered veranda and also allow access to a fabulous salt water communal pool.

    Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in closet and a shared balcony. The bedrooms and glass wrapped balcony look directly out across the estate to the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
