Sundown villa is a wonderful holiday home with views of the Caribbean sea off the west coast of Barbados.

Located across the road from Mullins Beach, Sundown offers uninterrupted ocean views across the bay from the property. Three of the five bedrooms are upstairs and offer a delightful view of the gardens, Mullins Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond. There is now a bedroom on the main level with a bathroom adjacent to that room. The bathroom has been cleverly designed to function as both a main-floor guest bathroom and a private bathroom for this bedroom. By simply closing the pocket door separating the area from the main living space, the bathroom becomes exclusively accessible to the bedroom’s occupants. The main level bedroom also has easy access to the pool and garden area, suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The fifth bedroom is positioned in the basement, though not underground.

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned with flat screen TVs and there are large ceiling fans throughout the entire villa to keep you cool with the natural Caribbean breeze.

The large master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, ample cupboard space, and a desk in the corner with computer and printer. The middle bedroom also has a king size bed as well as its own private terrace, and the third bedroom offers two double beds. The bedroom on the main level is furnished with a king size bed, and the fifth bedroom on the lower level is furnished with a queen size bed.

The professional stainless steel kitchen with a breakfast table that seats four is fully equipped with all top of the line equipment including a sub-zero refrigeration unit and a wine chiller.

Sundown takes advantage of outdoor living, with a large sundeck and inviting swimming pool, as well as a poolside gazebo offering views of the beach and Caribbean sea.

The gazebo features a top of the line gas barbeque, a sub-zero under counter fridge and is the perfect setting for entertaining, with seating for 8 people. Or simply relax under the trees in the hammock with a good book.

Sundown is fitted with a state of the art security system with outdoor cameras and a TV monitor, a portable sound system and high speed fiber optic wireless internet throughout the villa.

Access to Sundown is via the remote controlled gate with intercom. Staff includes a chef and housekeeper/laundress. Located just a few minutes away from the quaint and historic town of Speightstown, with local supermarket, fruit and veg stands, banks and several highly recommended bars and bistros

Or just 10 minutes drive to Holetown with a much larger selection of shops and nightlife, including the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. A variety of watersports is available on Mullins Beach.
