About The Property
Terraces 104 is an attractive two-bedroom Caribbean style apartment located on the ground floor of the southern side of the complex. Elegantly furnished and accented with pops of tropical colour, the open-plan layout features a dining area, living room, and recently remodelled kitchen, opening onto the patio and garden where you can dine al fresco.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is adjacent. Both bathrooms have showers.
Terraces is a modern apartment complex, located in the Dover area of the South Coast of Barbados, minutes south of the famous St. Lawrence Gap and popular Dover Beach is less than a 100 yard walk away. Shopping and restaurants are also all within walking distance. It is a secure complex with a coded entry door to the building.
Housekeeping service is provided two half days a week.
The apartment is non-smoking.
There is a popular bar across the street that can get a bit noisy at ngiht. The Dover Market is a few steps away where you can pick up your groceries as well as ready-to-serve meals.
Last year Barbados' Prime Minister, The Right Honourable Mia Amor Mottley, proposed a revenue generating Levy on all tourist accommodation and services.
