Within the Coconut Grove cluster, Villa Grove offers a seamless mix of indoor and outdoor living. Expect covered terraces, an Italian kitchen, and a secluded private pool area within manicured gardens, with peaceful views across the golf course. Inside, the unique octagonal living space and 6-seater dining area open directly onto the pool deck, setting the stage for long lunches, sunset cocktails, or lazy afternoons in the sun.

All three bedrooms are en-suite, beautifully styled, and fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans for those who prefer a natural breeze. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a shaded patio and feature refreshing outdoor showers, perfect after a morning swim or beach day. The third bedroom is located on the lower level, offering added privacy. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king size bed while bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds that can be made up as a king if preferred.

Guests enjoy Royal Westmoreland Social Membership, including access to tennis courts along with pickleball and padel, and the resort gym and pool. Access to the driving range and golf course can also be accommodated for an additional fee with morning tee times. And when the sea calls? Holetown and the nearest beach are a short 8 minute drive away. Holetown is the centre of our west coast with a vast array of amenities available, including shopping, dining, entertainment.

Coconut Grove 2 is a non-smoking vacation home.  Housekeeping is included 5 days a week.
