Villas on the Beach 403 is a luxury 3 bedroom fourth floor apartment situated on a beautiful west coast beach in the heart of Holetown. It offers sweeping views across the bay, as well as being the perfect location to watch the sunset each evening.

As you enter the apartment there is a bedroom to the right with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. In front of you is the kitchen that is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar.

Ahead, the living room offers comfortable seating and a TV and this room leads out on to the covered balcony via glass sliding doors. One master bedroom is to the right with ensuite bathroom and this bedroom opens on to the balcony via glass sliding doors.

A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the second master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool, beach and turquoise waters.

Enjoy delicious meals prepared by your dedicated cook on the balcony with the Caribbean Sea as your backdrop.

Guests at Villas on the Beach can enjoy the beautiful communal lagoon style swimming pool as well as use of the small gym downstairs.

Holetown offers an excellent array of amenities including duty free shopping, the recently opened Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, a large grocery store, boutiques, pharmacies, fine dining restaurants, bistros and beach bars which are all within a short walking distance from Villas on the Beach, making it an ideal location.

Please note that guests are not permitted to smoke inside the villa but are free to smoke on the deck surrounding the pool.

The apartment can also be rented as a two bedroom, for a maximum of four guests.
