Villatre is an elegantly designed three bedroom single level villa located in the gated community of Mullins Bay. This beautifully decorated villa rents as a two bedroom only as the owners’ bedroom is locked off. Villatre has a private pool and is just across the road from Mullins Beach.

The spacious outdoor area embraces tropical outdoor living in true Caribbean style. The covered patio is furnished with comfortable seating and merges with the pool and terrace where you can bask in the sunshine. Ceiling fans keep the patio area cool and comfortable. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax while enjoying your family holiday.

Both bedrooms bedrooms are air-conditioned and have king size beds. There are also ceiling fans. The ensuite bathrooms feature a modern design with a vanity and large walk in shower.

If you love to cook you will enjoy the modern kitchen which is equipped with high end appliances. Or perhaps hire the services of a cook to help you prepare delicious local dishes.

Housekeeper is available 5 days a week and she will refresh the linens and towels and take care of your personal laundry, time permitting.

Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 (including infants/children).

Next door to Mullins Bay is Singita Wellness where you can take out a temporary membership for the gym, indulge in soothing spa treatments or kick the pace up with scheduled exercise classes.

In less than 5 minutes you can be in Speightstown which is a historic little town and where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables from any of the vendors along the street, as well as fresh local fish from the fish market. Speightstown also offers many wonderful local cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants to try.
