Beacon Hill 305 is a 3 bedroom condo on the third floor of the exclusive Beacon Hill complex, which is just across the street from the picturesque Mullins Beach. Here you can experience excellent swimming and snorkelling as well as watersports activities and a popular beach bar.

The historic Speightstown is a short distance away, with restaurants, bars, cafes and conveniences. A selection of fine restaurants are conveniently located within reach by car.

This elegant condo, laid out over two floors, is enhanced by the neutral colours of the natural stone finishes throughout. Two en suite guest rooms are located down on the main level, along with a modern kitchen and open-plan sitting room with the patio.

The covered patio complete with wet bar, is just the place for cocktails while taking in stunning sea vistas as well as al fresco dining for 4. Up on the penthouse floor, French doors connect the plunge pool patio to a comfortable master bedroom with full en suite.

The master and second bedroom both have king size beds while the third bedroom has twin beds.

Housekeeping is provided 3 days a week based on a 7 night stay. Security is keypad controlled Main Entry to the building. Note that there is no elevator to this condo.
