Blue Waters in Mullins Bay

About The Property

Blue Waters is an elegant and luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home that has been recently renovated. The villa occupies 2,700 sq ft of living space and is set in landscaped tropical gardens. The villa is part of the gated Mullins Bay complex. A private doorway opens on to the street and there is direct access to the well known Mullins Beach.

The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods). The spacious and comfortable living/dining space opens out on to the outdoor patio with a barbeque, the pool and garden.

Upstairs is the master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and is ensuite, with a shower, footed tub and vanity. The second bedroom is on the same level and is also furnished with a king size bed. The bathroom is next door and has a large shower and vanity. Both bedrooms open on to the covered balcony with seating so you can enjoy the views.

Hotel style housekeeping is included 3 days per week (usually on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday) when the towels and bed linens will be changed. The housekeeper can also do your personal laundry at this time on request.

Singita Wellness is next door to Mullins Bay. It is a wellness centre offering a holistic experience, to include a variety of massage and healing treatments, fitness classes and light gym equipment. Guests of Blue Waters can take advantage of the treatments and experiences being offered.

In less than 5 minutes you can be in Speightstown which is a historic little town and where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables from any of the vendors along the street, as well as fresh local fish from the fish market. Speightstown also offers many wonderful local cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants to try.

A 10 minute drive in the opposite direction takes you into Holetown, the centre of our west coast, with everything you could possible need to satisfy your shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife needs.
