Easy Reach is an idyllic and comfortable 3 bedroom beach house right at the water’s edge of the well known Mullins Beach, possibly one of the best beachfront locations on the island.

Large enough to comfortably accommodate a family of six, but equally delightful and well designed to suit two couples holidaying together, this unique beachfront villa offers high standards of comfort in a modern, relaxed and enchanting beach house style.

The decor is clean and simple, with white washed wooden ceilings and arty driftwood touches that infuses the house with a barefoot-casual air. Floor to ceiling doors open out to the furnished terrace and wooden sun deck, creating an excellent layout for indoor/outdoor living, and allowing the spacious sitting room to join the dining terrace.

The contemporary kitchen is complemented by a cook service to complete the perfect vacation experience. Marilyn is your efficient and friendly cook/housekeeper who prepares 2 consecutive meals a day for you, your choice of breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.

The upstairs attic style master bedroom is rather romantic, with a king size bed and French doors that open onto an elevated spacious and private outside deck with unobstructed panoramic views from the north to the south. The second bedroom downstairs opens right out on to the covered terrace and wooden sun deck. Waking up in the morning isn’t so bad after all.

Easy Reach can be rented as a full 3 bedroom beach house, or for up to 4 guests there is the two bedroom option, using just the 2 downstairs bedrooms, at a reduced rate. For larger groups, next door is Sunset Reach, a delightful 2 bedroom beach house, also with a wonderful cook/housekeeper. Both villas can be rented together to make a 5 bedroom option.
