    About The Property

    Landmark House is one of only three villas situated directly on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach, the premier location along Barbados’ platinum coast.

    Set within a tropical garden, it stands at the northern end of the Sandy Lane Beach which offers excellent swimming and snorkelling, and commands a sweeping view of the entire bay.

    The house is built mostly of local coral stone and combines solid wooden pillars, white stucco walls, old world charm with modern conveniences. The centre of the home is the large open air living area with comfortable furniture inviting you to sit back, put your feet up and admire the scenery around you. A separate dining pagoda comfortably seats ten guests. The villa’s design seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor living and embraces tropical outdoor living in true Caribbean style.

    There are four luxury air-conditioned suites, three on the ground floor level and one on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom and either overlooking the garden or the bay. The master bedroom upstairs features a king size bed, a sitting area with TV and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and bidet. Downstairs the second master bedroom features a king size bed, TV and another large ensuite bathroom with a sunken tub, walk in shower and bidet. A door opens out on to a courtyard with access to the beach directly in front. Bedroom 3 is next door and is designed to either connect with the master bedroom or leave as separate. The bedroom offers twin beds that can be converted to a king, an ensuite bathroom and an enchanting outdoor shower. Bedroom 4 also has twin beds that can be made into a king with an ensuite bathroom and outdoor shower.

    A unique and whimsical two bedroom cottage is located on the property. It has a distinct tree-house feeling, with the living and dining on upstairs patios overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds of the complex. The master bedroom which is upstairs has twin beds that can be made into a king while the second bedroom downstairs had a double bed and it’s own entrance. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are air-conditioned. There is also a reading room for relaxing as well as a kitchenette. The tree house is suited for older children or families travelling with a nanny.

    The Sandy Lane Golf Course in close by and is available to those guests who wish to play a round of golf.

    A professional team is on had to ensure that your holiday is a truly memorable one. Percival is your friendly butler who has been there for 30 years and his aim is to ensure his guests are well taken care of. Other staff includes a cook, housekeeper, laundress, gardener, 24 hour security and a dedicated Villa Manager. The staff work a 6 day week from 8:30am until 1:30pm when they will take a break and return at 5:30pm until 8:30pm. They have one day off a week.

    Landmark is a distinguished property, retaining much of its original charm andits popularity is easy to understand.

    Guests can walk into Holetown where there are many excellent options for dining, shopping and some nightlife.

    Helpful Hint: Landmark House can be rented alongside Landfall for multiple families or wedding parties wishing to be close to each other.
