Lime Tree House is situated in one of the most prestigious golfing communities – Royal Westmoreland. A sparkling pool beckons, professional staff are on hand, and everything you need is at your fingertips.

Upon arrival at this gorgeous vacation villa, lush greenery and palm trees enhance the feel of your Caribbean holiday. There is parking available for three vehicles and adequate security lighting outdoors. The ground level comprises a powder room, one bedroom, a kitchen and living areas. The bedroom on this level is perfect for anyone with mobility challenges. Roomy, airy and bright, the bedroom is air-conditioned, has ample storage and easy access to the main living areas. It is furnished with a queen size bed.

Avid readers can choose from a selection of books to enjoy at the large writing desk or on the pool deck. Remote work or staying in touch is easy with super fast WIFI. A flat-screen tv is perfect for movie nights with calming views of the pool.

An eight-seater dining room table has views of the pool as well.

On the upper level, two expansive bedrooms command impressive spaces. Both are private and have unique features. The light and bright decor theme has been continued in both rooms. Bedroom two is furnished with a queen size bed and has an en suite bathroom with a unique open-air design. A rain shower, privacy glass and the views give the feel of showering in nature. The main suite is a slice of luxury tucked away in air-conditioned bliss! This bedroom has a king size bed. An air-conditioned en suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub large enough for two. The shower is generously sized and holds a bench and two shower stations. There is also seating for makeup or personal grooming in air-conditioned comfort. Once you tear yourself away from the spa-level bathroom, slip onto the balcony for a relaxing coffee. This balcony overlooks the pool and bamboo-lined gardens. Poolside umbrellas, and a covered deck with lounge furniture complement a long lazy pool day.

Swaying palms, gentle breezes and the world-famous golf course with green rolling fairways and peaceful lakes are the themes of this gated community.

Guests at Lime Tree House can enjoy the resort’s amenities at no additional cost such as access to the Beach Club at Mullins (including complimentary shuttle service), gym, communal pool, clubhouse/dining room, Rum Shack, tennis, paddle tennis and pickle ball. Holetown is a short drive to upscale restaurants, bars and nightlife. Full-service spas, supermarkets and shopping with high-end brands such as Cartier, Ralph Lauren and a movie theatre.

Social Membership is included – full access to the facilities with the exception of the golf course. Guests who wish to golf can play at the applicable rates and tee off times are available between 10:00 am and 11:00 am only.

♦♦♦♦Effective May 1st, 2026 Royal Westmoreland Resort will charge a weekly fee of BBD $300.00 and any part thereof for guests to this property for use of the amenities. This weekly fee covers all occupants at the property and is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland on collection of resort passes. Charges are not made on a pro-rata daily basis. Guests may opt not to use the facilities and save this fee or, pay and have access however, choosing select days only is not an option. Fees will be charged to all guests already on property at May 1st, 2026 or arriving May 1st, 2026 onward and includes bookings made prior to this date.♦♦♦♦
