About The Property
Radwood Beach House 1 is one of a few impeccable beach villas that benefit from the views and privacy of one of the nicest stretches of beach on the West Coast. Jet skis, beach vendors, sun beds, hotels and condominiums are nowhere to be seen, just yards of powdery beach and exceptional swimming and snorkelling in the privacy of your own beachfront haven.
The architecturally designed home is fully air-conditioned and offers three spacious en-suite bedrooms on the upper level while the master suite includes its own private ocean-facing terrace. On the lower level a stylish kitchen with a breakfast bar adjoins the dining and living areas, all of which open onto a wide covered terrace with dining and lounging furniture. One is enticed to the glorious beach via a pathway through well manicured gardens bordered by further decking and entertaining areas.
Enjoy alfresco dining on your covered, or cooling off in your private pool. Your rental includes a cook and housekeeper/laundress who will look after you during your stay. The cook works 6 days a week and prepares two consecutive meals a day for you. The housekeeper/laundress works 3 days a week, from 9am to 3pm.
A short stroll away is the Il Tempio Italian restaurant and the local Jordans Supermarket. In less than 10 minutes you are in Holetown, the centre of our West Coast, with many excellent options for dining for shopping and entertainment.
Radwood Beach House 1 can be rented alongside Radwood Beach House 2 next door, to accommodate a group of up to 12 guests.
