Sandy Hook 21 is an appealing three bedroom condo located on the beach in Maxwell and comes complete with a spectacular view.
Sunshine and sea breezes are all part of the package at this lovely ocean front condo.
Tasteful and spacious interiors, a breezy balcony with unbeatable sea views, and the well equipped Italian kitchen make for great living space. Guests also benefit from a community rooftop patio which is ideal for a BBQ or sunbathing.
There are three air conditioned bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be made up as a king if preferred, and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.
Just outside your door is a stretch of white sand beach and the sparkling blue sea. In approximately 5 minutes you are in St Lawrence Gap, known for its nightlife and numerous bars and restaurants such as Primo Bar & Bistro and Deia Beach. In 3 minutes you can be at the famous Fish Fry in Oistins and Surfers Cafe,
Housekeeping is provided two half days a week. There is free parking on site. Small children are welcome by special request.
