About The Property
Schooner Bay is an exclusive and luxurious residential beach front complex on the West Coast of Barbados, nestled on the secluded Godings Bay beach in a picturesque setting and surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens.
Schooner Bay 306 is a well-appointed 3,322 sq ft two-storey penthouse apartment that offers an idyllic beachfront living experience. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms and opulent en suite bathrooms with marble tiling throughout. The master and second bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. The master and main guest bathrooms feature a double vanity, whirlpool baths and separate corner showers.
From the master suite, astonishing sea views can be viewed from the terrace that offers a barbecue grill. The large, covered terrace runs adjacent to the living room, providing lovely sea views as well as views of the communal pool and gardens. It has plenty of space for family dinners, sunset cocktails or simply relaxing. Quality can be seen throughout the apartment, from the finishes to the decor and even on the large wrap around terrace.
Housekeeping is provided three days a week, for three hours each visit.
Schooner Bay is a low density building with just four floors. Guests benefit from assigned parking, a small gym, sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool and on the beach. The historic town of Speightstown is just steps away with several excellent local bars such as Little Bristol Beach Bar, restaurants, supermarket, fish market and fruit and vegetable stalls all within easy access.
For larger groups, Schooner Bay 306 can be rented alongside Schooner Bay 307 next door.
Access to the communal jacuzzi and gym has been temporarily suspended.
Schooner Bay is a beachfront property. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.
