About The Property
Amberley House is an exquisite, 5,700 sq ft luxury property situated amongst impeccably maintained grounds in the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate.
Comfort, luxury and a modern flair come together to create one of the most desirable rental properties on the estate. Both house and cottage are beautifully decorated to create a vibrant living experience, synonymous with that of the Caribbean.
Four of the six luxurious bedrooms are located in the main house, while the remaining two are conveniently located in the fully detached cottage. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceilings fans. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 have king and queen size beds respectively and share a bathroom, shower only. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom (shower only). In the Lodge, bedroom 5 and 6 are both furnished with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms.
Amberley House boasts a large covered terrace, wooden decking, a large pool that is 6′ at the deep end and 4′ at the shallow end, and a heated Jacuzzi which makes it absolutely ideal for entertaining and relaxation. There is a TV in the media room. With its alluring décor, every modern convenience, delightful provisions for outdoor living, and beach access to the Sandy Lane Beach, Amberley House is ideal for that family vacation.
Within the grounds is Amberley Lodge, a two-storey cottage featuring 1,200 sq ft of living space, inclusive of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. The Lodge has coral finishes both inside and out, with beautiful marble floor tiling. The large covered terrace and stunning deck with Jacuzzi pool offer ample outdoor living space surrounded by mature gardens with Mahogany trees. The Lodge enjoys both peace and privacy with its own entrance with electric gate and parking for two vehicles.
Guests of Amberley House and Lodge have beach access via the Sandy Lane Property Owners’ beach facility on Sandy Lane beach. Amenities includes reserved sun beds and umbrellas, and a beach bar that serves drinks, (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as well as an assortment of sandwiches, salads, fruits and ice cream. The opening hours are from 11.00am until 6.00pm daily. The Bar is for the use of members and guests only.
